The Certificate IV in Ageing Support builds the leadership, assessment and coordination skills you need to take responsibility for care delivery within an ageing-support team.
Across 12 months you’ll move from advanced person-centred practice through to coordinating services, managing legal and ethical compliance and supervising day-to-day care. Theory is grounded in simulation from the very first term — you’ll practise every skill in our labs before you lead a shift. You’ll graduate ready to step up into a team leader or care coordinator role, with a network behind you.
